Rental Inventory
You can see a sample portion of our items under the rental tab. We have new items being added to our inventory all the time. If there is something you’re looking for but don’t see it online, reach out to see if have it. If we don’t, we can talk about commissioning a special piece for you! We love to do commissioned pieces.
Rental Time Period
Our rentals are for a 24-hour period, however if you need them for a longer period of time we are happy to work with you. Additional expenses may apply.
Deposit & Payment Policy / Reserving Items
We have many popular items and we want to make sure they are set aside for you for your special event. We require a signed contract, a 50% non-refundable deposit (includes tax) along with a credit card on file in order to reserve rental items for your event date. The remaining balance will be due 21 days before event. All add-on items are to be paid for at the time they are requested. We want our terms to feel fair, not intimidating.
Delivery / Pick-Up
We offer a few different tiers of delivery services. Delivery may require additional people or larger vehicles depending on your order. We will offer you a fair quote for the cost of delivery. We are happy to set all the items up exactly where you'd like them as part of our service, and we will return to gather all the items at a time that is convenient for you and your chosen venue.
- Rose Delivery: Rosewood will unload items from vehicle & places them inside venue. With “off the truck” delivery,
all of the items ordered will be set in one onsite location. This delivery package does not include
set up/installation of items.
- Rosette Delivery: Rosewood will unload items from vehicle & place items in room of ceremony or reception,
respectively. This delivery package includes the installation of necessary items.
- Rosewater Delivery: Rosewood will unload items from vehicle, set up in position & professionally complete
installation and styling of items in coordination with wedding planner, florist, or secondary rental
company.
Delivery package arrangements must be made 2 weeks prior to delivery. Distance, size of order & if set up or styling is desired, all play into the cost of delivering items. Picking up items with an appropriate vehicle can also be arranged with approval. Please contact Rosewood for additional information.
Changes To Your Order / Event Date / Cancellations
We want you to be happy & your event be magical, so if you need to change the items on your contract we can do that for you up until 45 days prior to your event. If for any reason you need to change the date of your event we will work with you. The specific pieces you had reserved on your original contract may not be available for your new date but we will work hard to create a selection that at is equally as amazing!
Damaged or Lost Items
We require a credit card on file with your signed contract to cover the cost of any lost or damaged items. We charge twice the rental cost of said item to replace it if lost or damaged and/or not returned. We understand that accidents happen and will fully examine damaged items for fair compensation if replacement isn’t necessary. If the item is found within 10 days of pick up, we would be happy to refund the charge. We always alert clients prior to charging the credit card on file.
Return Condition
We do not expect our clients to professionally clean any of their rental items. We do ask that the items are returned in an appropriate condition. Organize and place items back in containers/boxes in which they were delivered, wipe down any items that need to be.
Liability
Client agrees to hold harmless Rosewood Event Rentals, employees, and agents from any liabilities, costs, penalties, or expenses arising out of and/or resulting from the rental and use of the premises, including but not limited to, the personal guarantee of provision, service, and dispensing b client, its employees, and all related event attendees. Rosewood Event Rentals, its officers, agents and employees are not held responsible against any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, or loses of any kind or nature that may occur or be claimed with respect to any person or persons, corporation, property, on or about Rosewood Event Rentals or to the property itself resulting from any act done, or omission by or through the client, its agents, contractors, employees, invitees, or any person on the premises by reason of clients use or occupancy thereof. These may include, but are not limited to accident, injury or damage to property arising from any act of the client’s guests, whether intentional or negligent, which occur during use.
