NOTE: Yes, depending on your order, you may pick up your rental items with transportation approval from Rosewood.
Some vintage pieces are delicate and may need prior approval. Some special pieces are white glove delivery only.
Can I come see items in person?
Absolutely! Just reach out & contact us as we are available by appointment only.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit along with a signed agreement and credit card on file in order to reserve rental items for your event date. We want our terms to feel fair, not intimidating! See additional information on our Terms & Policies page.
What if something breaks or gets lost?
We require a credit card on file for all orders upon the time of reservation. For any furniture, architectural pieces, decor, or other large items that are not returned or are returned damaged, we charge five times the rental rate in order to replace the item. If an item is able to be cleaned or repaired, you will only be charged for the cleaning or repair of the item and any time the item is out of our inventory.
